Refund Policy

A refund will be eligible only if the challan is not resolved by any case. The eligibility and the status for the refund are updated and determined solely by our legal team.

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of case closure or disposition.
• Processing fees and gateway charges are non-refundable.
• Refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of our legal team.

Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days to the original payment method.
